NewYork State of mind

on Father's day Lyd, mom & I ventured out to New York City to visit Dad @ Manhattan Bible church, the church he pastors. If you're ever in the area you shouuld stop by, wednesdays & Sundays he's preachin' from the pulpit. He does like to completely embarrass his fam - makes us stand & wave. I can't promise he won't make you stand if you do come. It's always a fun time fur sure, the sermon title "HOw much money do you actually need". Afterwards we decided to take Daddio out to Lunch, I thought Carmines would be a winner (typically tourist-ie of me, I'm a lil ashamed)but it was super packed. We did stay in the upper west side area & had a cute lunch at the Metro Diner(errrrr). Walked around for a bit, purchased a Bakers dozen @ Lenny's Bagels, my ultimate FAV. the bagel queens

my silver pointy shoes of death(that I love)- i slipped & almost fell in front of evvverybody in the restaurant, a nice cute waiter who saw this fiasco asked if I needed him to escort me back to the table.I was laughing too hard to actually answer him so I shook my head as my face turned red.

mom & dad, they're cute... momma& me Dad & Lydd
